Data Deletion: When you cancel your account, all your stored data will be permanently removed from our servers within 48 hours. This includes:

  • Shipping records and history
  • Account preferences and settings
  • Uploaded documents and files
  • Platform customizations

⚠️ Important: Data deletion is irreversible. Please backup any important information before requesting cancellation.

Billing and Final Charges

Mid-Cycle Cancellation: If you cancel during an active billing period, you’ll receive a final invoice covering:

  • Services used up to the cancellation date
  • Any pending shipping charges
  • Outstanding platform fees

Final Invoice:

  • Sent via email within 24 hours of cancellation
  • Payment due within 7 days of invoice date
  • No future charges after final payment

Refund Policy

No Refund Policy: BharatShip operates on a no-refund basis for all services, including:

  • Monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription fees
  • Mid-cycle cancellations
  • Unused platform credits
  • Shipping services already processed

Why No Refunds: Our services are delivered in real-time, and costs are incurred immediately when you use our platform for shipping operations.

Service Termination by BharatShip

Termination Rights: BharatShip reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of Terms of Service
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Non-payment of invoices
  • Misuse of platform features
  • Legal compliance requirements

Termination Process:

  • Immediate suspension for serious violations
  • 48-hour notice for payment issues
  • Account review process available
  • Final invoice for services used

Dispute Resolution

Billing Disputes: If you believe there’s an error in your final invoice:

  2. Provide detailed explanation of the dispute
